Hypnotherapy/Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, is also known as “tapping”.  It’s basic premise is that negative emotions are held in place by a disruption in the body’s energy system.  Many symptoms of physical pain, illness, and negative thinking, and limiting belief systems are rooted in unresolved emotions that result in energetic blockages.  EFT clears the disruption in the energy field by tapping on acupuncture points while focusing on the issue being cleared.  The energy field of the body releases it’s patterning around these emotions and experiences, which allows it to realign into a normal and healthy state.  Research shows that the tapping calms the nervous system down, which is a large component to the healing effects of EFT.  Even if one doesn’t believe in acupuncture or the idea of a meridian system, the soothing affects on the nervous system are well documented.  EFT is simple to learn, has rapid results, and is a powerful tool you can take with you to use on your own.  EFT is especially effective for addressing traumatic memories, anxiety, phobias, negative beliefs, and emotional patterns for which traditional therapy has been ineffective.  To learn more, go to  or
