Rates:

Counseling/Psychotherapy/Hypnotherapy

$135.00/55 minute session, or $190.00 /80 minute session.  I offer some sliding-scale spaces for those who demonstrate financial need.  Please inquire about availability and rates.

Insurance:  
For counseling/psychotherapy services only: I am contracted with the following insurance companies, which means that I can bill them directly:

If you have another insurance company but have out-of-network coverage, you may be able to be reimbursed for services if you have met your deductible.  If you haven't, your fees will go towards your deductible.  I suggest calling your insurance company and finding out what coverage you are eligible to receive, and what deductible you will need to meet.
